6 How to do factory reset

There are three methods to do factory reset: PUI, 2D Settings, Recovery mode.

PUI:

Go to “Setting” - “General” - “Reset”, and select “Factory Reset”

2D Settings(Not applicable for Neo3 series):

1. Press “Confirm” + “Volume Down” button go to 2D Setting
2. Enter “System” - “Reset Options”, choose “Erase all data (factory reset)”

Recovery mode:

1.Make the device into recovery mode（Refer to Q5）

2.Press “Volume Down” to go down to “Wipe data/ Factory reset” and press “Power” to confirm

3.Wait for a while. If no error occurs, the device will reboot automatically
